Pre-Construction Conference

• Discuss your house plans and the construction schedule

Quality Control Card

• Listing of construction tasks posted on-site so you can monitor your new home’s progress
• Your Personal Construction Supervisor and an M/I Homes Production Manager will sign the card as various steps are completed and inspected

New Home Orientation

• Review your new home with your Personal Construction Supervisor
• Learn how to operate appliances, air conditioner and heating system
• Ask questions and discuss any needed corrections or modifications

Guaranteed Completion of Pre-Settlement Items

• All items noted during your pre-settlement inspection will be corrected and completed prior to closing

Certificate of Quality Inspection Plaque

• Signed by your Personal Construction Supervisor and Robert H. Schottenstein, President and CEO of M/I Homes
• Permanently mounted in your home prior to closing

Homeowner Service after the Sale
